‘Being’ is the term we give to the state of mind when you become totally aware and attentive to what is happening in the present moment.
Although you can never totally empty your mind of the ‘back chat’ of thoughts, through practising the techniques of the Mindfulness is Now (MIN) programme, you learn to drop in to the present moment and become more highly aware.
By being in the present moment, you feel totally alive; forgetting the fears of the past and future, focussed completely on the present, and its potential.
The MIN programme helps you to come off autopilot and shift up a gear. By being mindful you become present and look at life with a fresh approach, being kind to yourself in a non-judgmental way, freeing yourself from old habits while knowing that the future is yours to create.
Being Mindful enhances creativity, emotional resilience, clarity of thought and co-operation while reducing stress, feelings of powerlessness, fatigue and somatic illness.
